As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance contractors and staff, executing building-related activities as predetermined by Operations and Centre Managers, establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenants and service contractors, and assisting Operations Manager in coordinating repairs, revamps, and tenant installations.

The ideal candidate will possess technical and mechanical qualifications, approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience, and skills in basic building maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, and PC literacy.
