Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Training Centre.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive enrolment in our training programs and promote the offerings of the Centre.

The ideal candidate will focus on enrolling key groups such as first responders, sales personnel, and automotive workshop technicians, helping to expand the reach and impact of our training initiatives.

Requirements:

•⁠⁠English compulsory

•⁠⁠Good physical health

•⁠⁠Attention to detail, structured, organized and efficient

•⁠⁠Ability to read and follow work instructions

•⁠⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠⁠Dependable, reliable and punctual

Education and Experience:

•⁠⁠Matric

•⁠⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field

•⁠⁠Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive sector

•⁠⁠Strong understanding of the electric vehicle industry and training needs

•⁠⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•⁠⁠Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
