Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining automation and integration to systems across the Systems Development Lifecycle which are aligned to business processes and relevant internal and external governance. The successful candidate will provide technical system support and query resolution and liaise with system parties to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

This role requires a strong understanding of automation tools, programming languages such as JAVA and C#, and knowledge of ITIL principles. Additionally, experience in telco and banking systems is advantageous.
