Job Title: Erecting Machine Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Erecting Machine Technician to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As an Erecting Machine Technician, you will be responsible for performing planned and preventative maintenance on erecting machines, as well as fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack house visits and call-out duties as needed
  • Planned and preventative maintenance with minimal time wastage
  • Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on erecting machines
  • Adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards
  • Representing the company by performing duties as required

Requirements:

  • 5 years of related experience
  • Experience with different erecting machines an added advantage
  • Must have experience in PLCs and fault finding
  • Valid code 08 driver's license
  • Computer literacy (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Self-starter, discipline, and physical fitness for work

Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate
  • Trade test certificate essential - Millwright qualification preferred
