Podcast Production Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of our podcast production. Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, scheduling guest interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

You will be working closely with our production team to ensure that all episodes are recorded, edited, and published on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and sending necessary materials to clients and guests in advance of interviews.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating podcast interviews with guests

  • Preparing and sending materials to clients and guests

  • Overseeing the workflow from recording to publishing

  • Uploading finalized episodes to platforms like Podbean, Apple, Spotify, and client websites

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to post episode content on social media

  • Compiling monthly reports on podcast performance metrics
