The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead estimating packages and provide technology and operational support for our business. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to ensure seamless operations and effective project management.
- Responsibilities include:
- Estimating Packages
- Technology and Operational Support
- Buying and Procurement
- BEE Compliance
- Programming and Cash Flow Management
- Risk Analysis and Conditions of Contract
- Compliance with Estimating Procedures
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity SurveyingAt least 8-10 years of on-site experienceProven track record in estimating on civil, building, mechanical, and electrical projectsCSS/Candy experienceGood management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferIn return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately R850,000 - R1,050,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
