Conduct business process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and automation. Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine complex business requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Manage and deliver projects that meet the required standards and timelines. Ensure proper communication between stakeholders and work collaboratively with developers and testers.

Maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation and system requirements specifications. Create visual aids to effectively communicate complex requirements. Identify innovative solutions and approaches for management's consideration.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 1 year experience in business analysis is necessary, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the organization. Experience working within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology is essential. Proficiency in business process modelling methodologies (e.g., BPMN) and experience with user experience (UX) design principles are highly valued.
