Administrative Coordinator

At Marvel Placement Consultants, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly, taking messages and handling inquiries as needed.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, welcoming, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing documents for courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal staff, clients, and service providers to support day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
