Responsibilities
  • Designing and managing high-voltage transmission lines (kV - kV)
  • Managing high-voltage transmission line projects, including emergency routine maintenance and capital projects
  • Assembling and managing multidisciplinary design teams to execute assigned projects
  • Developing equipment and plant lists for successful execution of assigned overhead power line projects
  • Conducting detailed engineering calculations and modeling for power line projects
  • Supporting the SHERQ team in developing compliance documents required before commencing with construction and maintenance activities
  • Developing or approving safe working procedures for all assigned works to ensure a safe working environment
  • Supporting internal proposals development teams with technical returns when responding to transmission lines RFQs and RFPs
  • Developing Quality Control Plans and Method Statements for high-voltage transmission line projects
