As a Quantity Surveyor at Virgin Active South Africa Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across various aspects of our business. You will be the single point of contact for all project breakdown estimates, ensuring that all financial feasibilities are reviewed and construction plans are evaluated to prepare precise quantity assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed elemental estimates for refurbishments and new clubs
- Assist with the financial feasibility of new clubs
- Review construction plans and proposal packs to evaluate project requirements and prepare accurate quantity assessments
- Manage the construction tender preparation and adjudication processes
- Dive into material and labor costs, confirming accuracy of quotations received from external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science QS Honours
- Registered with the SACQSP
- At least 3 years Consultant or Development Quantity Surveying experience (Principal Agent experience is advantageous)
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software, specifically DimX & WinQS (minimum 3 years extensive experience)
- Extensive knowledge of the JBCC contract documentation and its full application
