About the Job

As an EMEA Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Key Objectives
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global product line managers and internal sales support teams to develop winning proposals and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel extensively to customer sites and engineering firms to troubleshoot, consult on system design, and ensure proper aftermarket support is in place.
Qualifications
  • NHD, BSC or B-Eng in Engineering.
  • At least 12 years' experience within the mining & mineral processing industry.
  • At least 8 years' experience in sales product lines.
  • Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
