Our Fleet Controller

The Fleet Controller will play a critical role in ensuring that our fleet operates efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the fleet, including dispatching vehicles, monitoring driver performance, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling of vehicles and drivers to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and training as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
  • Investigate any incidents or accidents involving company vehicles and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in fleet control in a logistics environment.
  • Own transport and license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
