Luxury Beauty Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated make-up artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a personalized and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide personalized service to all customers, responding to their needs and preferences with a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrate expertise in makeup application, ensuring that every customer leaves the store looking and feeling their best.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services, providing information and guidance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in events and product launches, promoting brand awareness and driving sales.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the success of the store.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on products, company information, and store procedures, applying this knowledge to enhance customer interactions and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in the luxury beauty industry or retail cosmetics sector.
• Skill in makeup artistry or skincare specialization.
• Strong selling skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary:

R60,000 - R80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
