Job Description:

At Well-Realchem, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Professional to drive our integrated facilities management solution for clients within the region of responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing an effective facilities management system in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • They should possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in facilities management, customer relationship management, property management, and financial management.
  • A valid South African driver's license is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

The Facilities Management Professional will be responsible for driving integrated facilities management services and strategy for the client. This includes ensuring the delivery of efficient facilities management services as outlined in the SLA, implementing an effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management system, conducting daily audits on facilities management services rendered, and ensuring timeous sign-off and variance explanations on profit and loss statements.
