We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team at Dante Personnel East Rand. As a senior attorney, you will play a key role in managing and resolving complex legal cases related to medical negligence matters and third-party claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex legal cases related to medical negligence matters and third-party claims;
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to case management and resolution;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • LLB degree from a recognized institution;
  • A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in litigation;
  • Proven track record of success in managing and resolving complex legal cases;
  • Experience working with medical negligence matters and third-party claims;
  • Familiarity with High Court and Magistrate Court procedures.
