The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in credit management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage debtors' accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, capture deposits and payments accurately, and reconcile monthly billings within deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, resolving queries and addressing complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in credit management, debtor's function, and bank reconciliations.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, debtors' processes, and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
