Millwright Job Description

NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a skilled Millwright to ensure the seamless operation of machinery and equipment in a dynamic FMCG team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades
  • Ensure the workshop adheres to top hygiene and safety standards
  • Root cause analysis for breakdowns and updating maintenance registers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve maintenance goals

Requirements:

  • N4 certificate
  • At least 5 years of experience in Millwrighting
  • Familiarity with VSD, electric motor control, pneumatic systems, and PLCs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of the OHS Act
