As a key member of the ATNS SOC Limited leadership team, the Chief Audit Executive will be responsible for providing independent and objective assurance and consulting services to the Board and ATNS leadership on the status of internal controls, risk management, and governance within the entity.

The incumbent will contribute to the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes. Key performance areas include leading conceptualisation, design, implementation, and review of the overall Internal Audit strategy aligned to the business needs, ATNS' vision, and business strategy.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring that internal audit goals are aligned with the strategic goals of ATNS, leading the internal audit activities in accordance with the internal audit charter and the mandatory elements of the internal audit professional practice framework and standards.

The successful candidate will also provide the Internal Audit input into ATNS's long-term strategy, set clear targets for the Internal Audit function, and ensure the achievement of such targets.
