We are seeking a creative and versatile Junior Graphic Designer/Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team at D.Engage.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a 70/30 split between graphic design and video editing experience and be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually compelling assets for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, brochures, website assets, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain consistency of D.Engage's brand guidelines across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Assist in designing product assets, including UI/UX mockups, dashboard designs, and feature icons.

Video Editing & Multimedia Content Creation:

  • Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, including explainer videos, product demos, tutorials, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and create multimedia assets for both internal and external communications.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the needs of specific campaigns.
  • Edit raw footage, add effects, and create motion graphics to enhance video presentations.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience in video production and editing, including sound, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of web and social media platforms to design assets optimized for different formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying updated on design trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience in animation and motion design.
  • A keen interest in tech and SaaS marketing.
