Technical Authoring Specialist and Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Authoring Specialist and Editor to create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and online help systems.
  • Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and editing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical writing and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of HTML and XML.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
