Job Description

The Arrears Management Professional will be responsible for assisting the Collection and Arrears Manager in managing arrears and collections. This includes maintaining accurate records, contacting clients to follow up on overdue payments, and negotiating payment plans and settlements within company guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions, including contacts, agreements, and disputes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports on collection activities, outstanding debts, and progress against targets.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Collection and Arrears Manager in resolving client disputes related to billings and payments.
Requirements
  • South African citizenship is required.
  • Prior experience in Debtors management in Property or Real Estate environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with MRI / MDA Software is preferred.
