We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at Everestpackgroup. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and submit monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliations: Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the payment of invoices and collection of debts in a timely manner.
- VAT and Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including VAT returns and PAYE submissions.
- Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- A grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years' experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or equivalent.
- Proficient in Excel and other accounting software.
