Requirements

A Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience is required, along with ITIL certification. At least 6 years of IT operations experience, including ITIL, and 6 years of storage experience are also necessary. Scrum work experience, VDI and operating systems expertise, and knowledge of storage technologies are highly desirable.

  • Systems Management such as scVENUS and Ansible understanding.
  • Ansible Tower, playbook design, and deployment expertise.
  • Public Cloud such as Azure and AWS awareness.
  • Private Cloud solutions understanding.
  • Directory Access Manager (DIVA) knowledge.
  • Intelligent Storage Orchestration Environment (iStore) and Active Directory Gruppentool (ADGR) awareness.
