Physical Security Program Manager Job Description

About the Role

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Operations Security Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Security Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the EMEA Security team, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and integration of security systems equipment, including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security systems solutions for AWS data centers
  • Manage security projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with physical security standards
  • Provide technical leadership for large-scale security engineering projects
  • Develop and implement training programs for security system users

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing physical security systems
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools
  • CPP, PSP, or CISSP certification
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
