Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auxiliary Services member. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to those responsible for case processing and coordination of judicial activities. This includes filing, copying materials, scanning documents, serving as a receptionist, preparing the courtroom for proceedings, and maintaining an orderly courtroom.

The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally travel to various Court locations within the 9th Judicial District.
