The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on industrial cleaning equipment, handling and testing equipment, assisting in stock management, and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, scrubber dryers, carpet cleaners, and other related machinery.
  2. Test and handle equipment internally and externally to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Assist in managing stock levels, receiving parts, and installing quoted components.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service at the service reception, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
  5. Travel to client sites when required, accompanied by a senior technician.
  6. Maintain issued tools and spare parts, adhering to safety regulations and wearing PPE when necessary.
  7. Keep the workshop and service area clean and organized, completing all necessary paperwork for repairs, quotes, and service logs.
  8. Participate in self-development to improve technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in both electrical and mechanical repairs.
  2. Physically fit and capable of handling labor-intensive work.
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  5. Willingness to travel occasionally (expenses covered) and work overtime (compensated).
