Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PR Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on public relations and client management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the aspects of our construction projects, including IDOW work roles and responsibilities from inception to completion and FM handover.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop AEC systems and project management strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Valid SAQSP Registration as a Candidate PrQS NQF Level 6.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Consultant/Client QS in a private SA firm, with a focus on commercial and industrial use greenfield refurbishment and construction projects.
Skills
  • Team management and leadership.
