Job Title: Mixologist/Bartender

We're seeking an experienced and professional mixologist to join our team at Xabisa Human Capital Solutions in Durban.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix ingredients to prepare signature cocktails with precision and flair.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a friendly experience.
  • Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the bar and glassware.
  • Manage stock take and replenishing of stock with accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Manage stress and deal with difficult customers in a professional manner.
  • Meet the requirements of a clear criminal record and South African citizenship.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle and a Grade 12 Bartender course.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of previous experience in mixology and a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability.
Assessment:

There will be an interview-based assessment to evaluate the candidate's skills and experience.
