In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting Mercedes-Benz Manhattan as the preferred dealership choice. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly and establish a rapport.
- Understand and cater to individual customer preferences.
- Efficiently handle transactions as needed.
- Support customers with retail and parts inquiries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and levels.
- Handle internal and external phone calls and facilitate communication among colleagues.
- Recognize and address potential issues affecting the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Establish and maintain an online presence.
- Assist with online reputation management.
- Maintain the hospitality area to ensure a comfortable environment for customers.
- Report any incidents or situations threatening dealership safety, employee well-being, or customer satisfaction to management.
- Stay up-to-date on Mercedes-Benz products, promotions, and policies.
- Complete sales entries accurately and promptly.
- Offer informed advice on products and services.
- Make recommendations on suitable products and promotions.
- Be prepared for regular commuting to Manhattan/New York City.
