Job Description

Edge Executives is seeking a highly skilled Post Investment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse investment portfolio from a post-investment perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Portfolio Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Deal Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute investment opportunities.
  • Enterprise Valuation: Conduct valuations and exit analyses on large complex deals.
  • Report Writing: Prepare high-quality reports to communicate investment performance and risk to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate degree in Business and Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of deal making/investment experience.
  • Skills: Strong project management and corporate finance skills, with a proven track record of managing a diverse investment portfolio.
