Key Responsibilities
As a Surgical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities in the Operating Room, ensuring seamless transitions between departments, and communicating effectively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

**Primary Functions:**
  1. Coordinate patient flow and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
  2. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  3. Communicate regularly with patients, families, and caregivers to provide updates on treatment progress and address any concerns or questions.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for enhancement and implement evidence-based solutions.
