Key Responsibilities
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Professional will be responsible for:
- Driving high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Managing staff and stock effectively to minimise costs.
- Providing quality patient care by ensuring staff undergo department-specific micro orientation and conducting daily care rounds.
- Implementing preventative measures to minimise risk and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Nursing experience and qualification in NICU essential.
- Current registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body.
- Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges, and role players would be an advantage.
- Computer proficiency.
