Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Architect to join our team at iOCO. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage software development processes across multiple teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Choose and implement application frameworks that meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for reuse and standardization across the organization, promoting a culture of efficiency and innovation.
  • Break down complex applications into manageable components, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with clients.
  • Ensure the quality of final products and projects, taking ownership of technical growth and mentorship across teams.
  • Lead and mentor development teams using Agile or iterative development SDLC practices, promoting technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in leading software development teams.
  • Experience with delivering software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, and co-dependent projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business executives, presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of multi-tasking between business development, client-side delivery, and people management.
  • Solid experience with DevOps implementations, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and automated environment provisioning using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding and experience in a DevOps-driven environment, working with software developers, system operators, and other production IT staff to oversee code releases.
  • Experience with architecting, designing, and developing technology solutions using various technologies and frameworks, including C#, .Net Core, Angular, TypeScript, T-SQL, Entity Framework, and Azure/AWS-related cloud technologies.
