Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Director to oversee the management of our centers, ensuring optimal trading opportunities and sound financial performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, managing personnel, service contractors, repairs, and general building administration.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in property or center management, with a minimum qualification of grade 12. A business or property-related tertiary qualification is recommended. Retail experience is essential.
