About the Job

We are recruiting for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Deceased Estate Manager.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deceased estates, including liquidation and distribution, as well as drafting and administering Wills and Will Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage estate finances and assets
  • Liquidate and distribute deceased estates
  • Draft and execute Wills
  • Administer Will Trusts

Requirements:

  1. Matric or equivalent qualification
  2. Degree in Law (LLB)
  3. 5+ years of experience in Estates and Trust Administration
  4. Proficiency in Afrikaans and Isixhosa languages
  5. Familiarity with Greatsoft and Legalease software
