The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and demand generation for D2C and B2B.

A strong background in digital and traditional media marketing, leadership skills, and experience working with marketing teams and agencies are essential.

About the Role:
  • This role involves leading cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels, and optimizing the customer journey.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with agencies and strategic partners to execute high-impact campaigns and optimize media buying strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute D2C and B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  2. Plan and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  3. Lead a team of performance marketing managers across various areas, including B2B, B2C, loyalty programs, and app marketing.
  4. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product, service, and app launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful rollout.
  5. Oversee loyalty and rewards programs to drive customer retention and lifetime value.
  6. Manage and optimize app marketing strategies, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and ASO.
  7. Work closely with agencies and strategic partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
  8. Optimize media buying strategies, ensuring cost-effective budget allocation across high-performing channels.
  9. Collaborate with in-house teams to create high-converting marketing assets for ads, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and in-app experiences.
  10. Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  11. Enhance website and app performance, improving UX, conversion funnels, and customer journey efficiency.
  12. Implement and scale growth strategies, including retargeting, CRM automation, push notifications, and mobile app marketing.
  13. Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure integrated demand generation and lead nurturing.
  14. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, tracking performance to maximize cost efficiency and business impact.
