We are seeking highly skilled Intermediate Travel Consultants to join our Operations team in Durban. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert travel booking services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reservations, Reissues & Refunds:
    • Manage complete reservation processes including flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, and B&B bookings (domestic, regional, and international).
    • Accurately handle reissues and process refunds.
    • Apply corporate fares and reduce quality control rejections.
    • Operate effectively using Amadeus GDS.

You will also be responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures, aligning with Standard Operating Procedures, and demonstrating proficiency in internal travel systems.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in the travel industry, with at least 1 year of experience in an intermediate consultant capacity. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
