We are a leading law firm providing expert advice on intellectual property matters. As a Senior Associate in our IP Litigation team, you will have the opportunity to represent clients in complex disputes and develop your skills in litigation strategy and management.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Lead client teams in intellectual property litigation cases.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform litigation strategies.
  3. Develop and implement effective case management plans.
  4. Work closely with senior lawyers and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
  5. Stay current with IP law developments and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. LLB degree and admission as an attorney.
  2. 3-6 years of PQE experience in IP litigation.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong understanding of IP law and litigation procedures.
  2. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  3. Proven ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
