Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and execute reconciliations, remittances, and payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements with company records and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate cashflows by updating all necessary payments.
  • Assist the Financial Manager with forecasting and provide analytical support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
