Hire Resolve's client, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Solar Energy Project Coordinator to become part of their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and executing solar photovoltaic (PV) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets with regular updates for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Generate comprehensive project reports.
  • Oversee the development and management of project scopes.
  • Handle project contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics related to project execution.
  • Order necessary equipment for projects.
  • Ensure quality control during project installations.
  • Implement health and safety measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the commissioning phase of projects.
  • Maintain client relationships and facilitate communication.
  • Supervise technicians assigned to projects.
  • Manage subcontractor engagements and performance.
  • Evaluate and approve engineering designs.
  • Design solar PV energy systems tailored to project needs.
  • Assist with operational and maintenance concerns for sites under service level agreements.
  • Develop tools and documentation for departmental use.
  • Prepare and deliver project handover documentation to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards during construction.
  • Provide feedback on project experiences to the Engineering Department for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the transition of systems to the Operations & Maintenance department as per established procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of N.Dip in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing solar PV projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar PV technologies and electrical systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
