Financial Bursary Administrator

Tshwane North TVET College is seeking a skilled Financial Bursary Administrator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide financial assistance support to students and facilitate smooth registration and application processes.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent interpersonal skills to handle student inquiries, capture data, and operate computer systems. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of financial functions, practices, and be proficient in MS Excel. A driver's licence is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Provide student financial assistance support during registration times.
- Support students with private accommodation and travel allowance applications.
- Administer attendance reports, verify student accommodation, and maintain records.
- Handle verbal and written enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years' experience in bursary administration.
- Basic knowledge of financial functions and MS Excel.
- An attractive salary package estimated at R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
