Job Overview

Tshwane North TVET College is seeking a skilled Financial Bursary Administrator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide financial assistance support to students and facilitate smooth registration and application processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent interpersonal skills to handle student inquiries, capture data, and operate computer systems. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of financial functions, practices, and be proficient in MS Excel. A driver's licence is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide student financial assistance support during registration times.
  • Support students with private accommodation and travel allowance applications.
  • Administer attendance reports, verify student accommodation, and maintain records.
  • Handle verbal and written enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years' experience in bursary administration.
  • Basic knowledge of financial functions and MS Excel.
