Hospitality Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at The Vineyard Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
• Monitor and control petty cash and float to prevent discrepancies
• Conduct regular training sessions with staff on guest service and standards
• Lead by example and promote teamwork and personal accountability

Requirements

• Matric Certificate and hospitality qualification from a recognized institution
• 3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market hotel
• Proficiency in technology, including micros, opera/speed point machine, and MS 365
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work duty management shifts
