We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Security Brand Manager to join our team at Imperial Cyber Group Llc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily running of assigned brands, driving revenue and gross profit targets, and continuously striving to grow the success of assigned brands within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in all regions and manage brand sales performance and operational excellence.
- Execute on and align with vendor objectives, drive vendor strategy and portfolio within existing and new targeted accounts.
- Manage the brand budget and P&L, balance income statements and general ledger accounts, and control operating profits.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, partner enablement strategies, and business development plans to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Manage sales specialists and ensure they perform their roles according to defined KPIs, targets, and processes.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification and IT diploma/degree advantageous.
- Cybersecurity background and minimum 5 years of business development management experience in the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
- Creative, solution-driven attitude and willingness to work in an agile environment.
- Experience in business/commercial management (budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, product pricing).
