We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Staff Domain Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Australian job market.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work on a wide range of job verticals within the Australian Market.

You will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job requisitions, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and adhering to company metrics and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Understand job requisitions through calibrations and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
  • Screen potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other reliable channels.
  • Write job postings and post them on various channels.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities, communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, and more.
  • Build credibility with candidates, creating a highly responsive network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate wage rates and employment terms, gaining commitment from candidates.
  • Coordinate application status updates and compatible job orders.
  • Meet weekly pipeline expectations and maintain internal trackers/systems for documentation and data safeguarding.
  • Provide daily and weekly status reports, invoicing information to management, and offer support to clients and candidates via phone or email.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the Australian Market.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Good business acumen, being highly driven, results-oriented, and valuing teamwork harmony.
  • Experience with Bullhorn and other ATS tools.
  • Familiarity with job boards (e.g., Monster, Career Builder, Glassdoor, Indeed).
  • Aged care filling experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to sell roles to candidates and present candidates to clients.
  • Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant personality, strong rapport-building ability.
Additional Details

This role involves working in a remote setting, with flexible hours accommodating both Australian and Philippine time zones.
