Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong academic background with coursework in power systems, electronics, control systems, and electromagnetics, and proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar programs.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Internship or Co-op Experience: Internship or co-op experience in electrical engineering.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
