Role Overview
The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the university's enterprise architecture. This will involve analysing and interpreting the university's ICT strategy and roadmap, identifying future trends and strategic direction, and developing an enterprise architecture that meets these goals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting research on the ICT industry trends, enterprise architecture technology, and systems, and their impact on other areas.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Developing and maintaining the university's enterprise architecture;
  2. Analysing and interpreting the university's ICT strategy and roadmap to identify future trends and strategic direction;
  3. Conducting research on the ICT industry trends, enterprise architecture technology, and systems, and their impact on other areas;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An NQF Level 7 qualification in ICT/Computer Science or Electronic Engineering;
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in an enterprise architecture environment;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an enterprise architect;
  • TOGAF or other related architecture certification.
