Job Overview:

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our business processes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency. As a seasoned Business Process Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our teams to design, document, and refine our business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process Refining: Work closely with our teams to analyze and refine our business processes, ensuring they align with our compliance standards and operational needs.

  2. Control Mechanisms: Design and implement detailed control mechanisms to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our business processes.

  3. Collaboration & Communication: Foster effective collaboration and communication among our teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with our business processes.

  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all our business processes and financial systems comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

  5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and designing solutions to simplify and automate processes.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

  2. Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector, with a strong focus on developing detailed business specifications.

  3. Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of financial systems, business process engineering, and control frameworks, with experience in payments (bonus - blockchain technology).

  4. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and familiar with business intelligence platforms with a strong ability to translate data into detailed specifications.

  5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on translating complex business needs into detailed and precise technical documentation.

  6. Problem-Solving: Sharp problem-solving skills, capable of managing detailed specifications and solving complex issues in a dynamic environment.
