About the Job :

  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and plans to meet project goals and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project workflow strategies and ensure efficient execution
  • Conduct regular quality checks on plans and schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
  • Support project management in the preparation and submission of Extension of Time claims
  • Analyze subcontractor programs, including critical path analysis and risk assessment
  • Communicate project progress and provide recommendations for recovering project deviations
  • Maintain accurate project reporting, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders
  • Establish KPIs for project control and monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including HSE protocols

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in EPC project execution
  • Minimum 4 years' project execution experience in medium to large size projects
  • Proficiency in planning software (Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including PMBOK
  • Experience in Contract, Risk, and Procurement Management is an asset
