Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Butcher Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchery and experience working in a high-volume kitchen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of meat dishes.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized butchery station.
  • Inventory control and monitoring of meat products.
  • Training and supervision of junior kitchen staff.
  • Collaboration with other chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Butcher Chef.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various cuts of meat and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. You will be required to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
