Mixology Professional

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Beverage Expert to join our team in Gauteng, Benoni. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 1 year experience in 4-5* establishments is required, and a bartending certificate is highly desirable.

• Serving beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing cash and card transactions accurately
• Ensuring the bar area is clean and organized at all times
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly
• Participating in inventory management and stock control
